Cancellation Policy
At Peach Fuzz Wax Co., I strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all my clients' needs. To ensure that I can offer the best possible service to everyone, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations / Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 25% of the service fee.
No Shows and Late Arrivals
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, if you arrive more than 7 minutes late for your appointment without contacting us, it will be considered a no show, and a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply.
